Friends proved to be killers

NAWABSHAH: Fresh probe initiated by the CIA proved an incidental death to be a case of murder committed by a group of friends.

One Inayat Masih had died of hatchet wounds. But, his family claimed his death a murder by his friends including Ramesh Kumar, Roshan Ali and Deedar Ali. They also got a case registered against the three friends under FIR 56-1999, Section 174 at 60 mile police station, Nawabshah.

The police official concerned allegedly had closed the case citing death of Inayat Masih only incidental.

The family, however, dissatisfied sought intervention of the newly appointed SP, Nawabshah, Mohammad Umer Shaikh and got the case re-investigated by the CIA.

During the process it was established that three nominated in the FIR had actually murdered Inayat Masih following an altercation erupted against a very petty matter.

While, in another case B-section police recovered abducted girls and apprehended Arbab s/o Nazar Khaskheli, booking him under Hudood Ordinance. APP
