E&T dept sets up e-mail, fax message centre

KARACHI: The Excise and Taxation Department has established an e-mail and fax message centre in the office of Director, Excise and Taxation (Taxes-I), Karachi, with a view to easing the process for property tax-payers.

Accordingly all property tax-payers in Karachi division could communicate with the excise department through this facility in connection with their problems in matters of assessment, levy and collection of property tax.

The E&T department has assured that necessary action will be taken to resolve the problems as brought to the department notice under rules. APP
