KARACHI: Dr Qamar-uddin Bohra, Judge, Ehtesab Court adjourned hearing of an Ehtesab case against Ramesh M Udeshi, former Sindh secretary Land Utilisation and former Sindh chief minister Syed Abdullah Shah till January 11.

When the matter pertaining to alleged misuse of powers and illegal allotments of states' land came up for hearing before the newly established court, Ramesh M Udeshi present in custody submitted that he was not able to hire a lawyer for defence and therefore the hearing may be put off.

The court adjourned the matter.

It is worth mentioning that Syed Abdullah Shah a former Sindh chief minister has been declared proclaimed absconder in murder case of Mir Murtaza Bhutto and other Ehtesab case heard and decided by Sindh Ehtesab benches of Sindh High Court.ÑAPP
