3 killed, 10 hurt by Indian firing along LoC

MUZAFFARABAD: Three persons including a child and a woman were killed, and at least ten wounded, when a fire erupted in the Neelum valley's forest by continued Indian shelling along the LoC on Tuesday, officials said.
They said Indian army shelled Sardari and Sanath villages of Kel sector in Neelum valley on Tuesday morning with heavy artillery and mortars.
A woman - Noor Bibi, wife of a teacher Ghulam Sarwar and his six-year-old son Wajid Ali were killed and four others - Liaqat Ali and Sajad, S/O Ghulam Sarwar, Sajida Bibi D/O Ghulam Sarwar, and Bakth Bibi D/O Bashir Awan, were seriously wounded when an Indian shell hit a house in Sardari village of Kel sector. The house was also destroyed.
A boy was killed in the Sheikh Bela forest in Kel sector when a hand-grenade exploded.
In Khoiratta district Kotli, six people were wounded by fierce Indian firing from across the LoC.
