Shabeena in Faisal mosque

ISLAMABAD: The three-day Mehfil-e-Shabeena starting from 27th of Ramazan at Faisal Mosque will be attended hundreds of the faithful invoking blessings of Allah Almighty and seeking forgiveness for their sins.

Twelve eminent 'Qaris' selected from all over the country would recite the Holy Quran during the three-day annual event marking culmination of the holy month of Ramazan.

Mehfil-e-Shabeena in the capital would be organised by the Ministry of Religious Affairs, while similar functions would be arranged at the provincial headquarters under auspices of the respective Auqaf Departments.

Religious Affairs Ministry would also set up a camp office to provide facilities to the people attending Mehfil-e-Shabeena while for their convenience a medical centre would also be established by PIMS at the profusely illuminated Faisal Mosque.ÑAPP
