Quranic manuscripts exhibition
KARACHI: A unique but fascinating exhibition of precious Quranic manuscripts opened at the National Museum of Pakistan alongwith the inauguration of Khadim Ali Shah Bukhari Art Gallery here on Sunday.
Chairman of KASB Foundation Syed Nasir Ali Shah, inaugurated the exhibition at a simple but impressive ceremony.
Over 400 manuscripts of Holy Quran, many as old as 10th century are on display at the exhibition as well at the renovated Quran Gallery.
More than 50 manuscripts on display at the exhibition are such that are not available in any other museum or library in the world. APP
