Japanese industrial output

TOKYO: Japanese industrial output in December fell 1.4 percent from the previous month, the trade ministry said in a preliminary report on Friday. The December figure followed an increase of 4.5 percent in November, it said. The government forecast January output would grow 3.6 percent from December and February output is expected to rise 0.6 percent from January.ÑAFP
