Cops punished for delinquency

HYDERABAD: The Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Mohammad Ramzan Channa held an orderly room at the police headquarter here on Wednesday and awarded different types of punishments to 37 police officers including four inspectors, ten sub-inspectors and 23 assistant sub-inspectors of police.

The punishment ranged between forfeiture of service, stoppage of increments and warnings in the service sheets.

One ASI Abdullah Korai was sent on forced retirement.
