Atta available at Rs 9 per kg

KARACHI: The Sindh Food Department has allocated 675,000 bags of wheat for release to the flour mills and chakkies in Karachi region during the month of January, sources said on Monday.

Of these 55 flour mills have established outlets in various weekly bazars where 10 kg atta is being sold at the rate of Rs 90 per bag.

Till now 184,047 bags were kept for sale and 99,154 bags had been sold. People are advised to purchase atta from these outlets at the rate of Rs 9 per kg.
