KARACHI: United Bank Limited has announced promotions of more than 200 Grade I and Grade II officers and more than 150 Grade II and Grade III officers, according to a press release issued on Thursday.

Only those officers whose performance was evaluated and graded as A and B were considered for promotion.

The press release says UBL follows a very transparent performance evaluation policy based on the immediate supervisor's assessment of certain given factors. The evaluation is also shown to the officers for their information and acknowledgment of the assessment.

In case of difference of opinion and disagreement on the assessment, the evaluation is referred to the next level supervisor to resolve the matter.
