2 drug runners nabbed

KARACHI: Pakistan Customs Drug Enforcement Cell has arrested two foreign nationals for drug trafficking from the Karachi airport and recovered 320 grammes white heroin powder, a press release said on Wednesday.

The drug traffickers, identified as Corney Wayson Masanja, a Malawian and Zikri Ola Deniyi, a Nigerian, have been booked under Customs Act 1969.

The Malawian was carrying heroin capsules in his body cavities which were excreted at the Jinnah Post Graduate Medical Centre. The Nigerian had concealed the contraband in false cavities of his shoes.
