Auction ordered
RECORDER REPORT
MULTAN: Banking Court No. 1 Multan, headed by Malik Ahmed Bakhsh Bhapa has ordered the auction of the property of Splendid Textile Mills on January 20 to recover United Bank's loan of Rs 1,138,000.
Shahida Saeed, advocate, has been appointed as court auctioner.
The court said that a house situated at Gul Road outside Pak Gate will be auctioned to recover the loan.
