worth Rs 361.635 bn

LAHORE: Currency notes worth Rs 361 billion were in circulation in the country by January 1, according to the latest statement of State Bank of Pakistan (SBP).
The worth of the notes held in the banking department stood at Rs 294.106 million, bringing the value of total notes issued so far to Rs 361.929 billion.
The total assets of the bank by January 1, included gold coin and bullion and silver bullion worth Rs 27.672 billion, rupee coin worth Rs 1.78 billion.ÑAPP
