KARACHI: The Sindh High Court suspended on Monday the order of the Directorate of Trade Organisations, seeking removal of the Convener of All Pakistan Textile Mills Association.

The DTO had passed the order on 13th of this month denying the validity of Convenership of Humayun Elahi Shaikh for APTMA, because of misinterpretation of the High Court order.

"It is hereby ordered that Operation of order dated 13-01-2000 passed by the defendant No-3 (The Director of Trade Organisations, Ministry of Commerce) be and is hereby suspended till the next date of hearing, i.e. 19-01-2000," said the court order.
