Javed under tight security

LAHORE: Javed Iqbal, the confessed principal accused in the murder of 100 childern, along with 3 other accomplices, has been placed under tight security at Central Headquarters Jail, Kot Lakhpat and Camp Jail Lahore to avert any suicide or escape attempt.

Official sources told APP here on Friday that Javed Iqbal has been confined in a separate cell at Central Jail, Kot Lakhpat, while the 3 other teenaged accused Nadeem, Sajid and Sabir have been kept separately in the juvenile ward in Camp Jail.

Special security measures have been taken to check their movements round-the-clock, and an armed contingent of warders have been deployed on duty in shifts. APP
