FAISALABAD: An Information Centre has been set up in the office of the Faisalabad Electricity Supply Company (Fesco) Chief Executive Brig. Mohammad Aslam Khan to monitor and rectify the abnormal delay for the fault related complaints.

A one-way telephone (118) has been provided in the center to make it easily communicable. This center will itself take up the cases of inordinate delays in the retification of the fault related complaints. The center will work round-the-clock and throughout the year without any holiday.

A qualified and competent staff has been deputed to receive and take up the consumers complaints with the sub-divisions concerned for their early redresssal.

Meanwhile, a new column has been added in electricity bills clearly mentioning the telephone number of the complaint office concerned in each sub-division. This will help consumers lodge complaint for any fault or emergency.

This office is bound to respond quickly and remove the fault without any unnecessary delay. However, in case of delay, the consumer can inform the centre with telephone Number 118 and in return this office will take up the case and get it resolved as quickly as possible.ÐAPP
