KARACHI: The Dean of the Consular Corps and Consul General of Bahrain, Mohammad Ebhrahim Mohammad Abdul Qadir, has gone on a short visit to Bahrain.

During his absence the Consul General of Turkey in Karachi, Gurol Sokmensuer, is working as the acting dean of the consular corps in Karachi.

Gurol Sokmensuer, it may be mentioned, is a senior diplomat from Turkey, and has during the past three years worked incessantly for stronger Pakistan-Turiksh ties and he has been ably assisted in his work by his wife Madam Sokmensuer.ÑUPP
