FC recovers 53 kg heroin

QUETTA: Kharan Rifles of Balochistan Frontier Corps in a successful action recovered 53 kg of heroin from Daonreg area (Chagai District).

Frontier Corps source said here on Saturday that on an information of dump of huge quantity of heroin brought from Afghanistan for onward smuggling to Iran, Kharan Rifles Commandant Col Muneer Ahmed constituted a team led by Major Azhat Mubashir Aziz and Captain Saeedur Rehman.

This raiding party combed Daonreg (Chagai District), during the course of search of an isolated hut, 53 kg of heroin dumped there were recovered. No arrest was reported sources added.ÑPPI
