Complaint Cell
RECORDER REPORT
LAHORE: Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) Complaint Cell, set up at the Lahore Airport on December 4, 1999, has received 44 complaints so far, and most of which have been redressed, CAA authorities here on Wednesday said.
They said that most of the complaints were about the missing of baggage, rough behaviour of the Airport Security Force (ASF), PIA and Customs officials.
A number of passengers also lodged complaints of overcharging by the yellow cab drivers, they added.
"The complaint cell authorities closely examine the complaints and take immediate action to redress the same," they claimed.
