F'abad PMA House inaugurated

FAISALABAD: Deposed Punjab health minister Raja Ashfaq Sarwar on Saturday night inaugurated the PMA House in Jinnah Colony. The PMA House has been completed and renovated with a grant of Rs 0.5 million provided last year by the then health ministry.

Raja Ashfaq appreciated the medical community for inviting a deposed minister for inauguration. He said they have set a unique example of honouring a person who has neither power nor authority.

Raja Ashfaq said: "I will remember this courtesy of the doctors community and my family will remain indebted to them."

Faisalabad Pakistan Medical Association (PMA) President Dr. Mohammad Tufail, appreciated the contribution of Raja Ashfaq in the construction of the PMA House, adding that this building had been completed with the financial help of the deposed Punjab government and the doctors acknowledge this gesture of goodwill.

Dr. Sultan Abdullah and Rana Afzal Khan, deposed members of the Punjab Assembly, were also present on the occasion.
