Brisk trading on paper market

Lahore: Brisk trading continued to prevail on the paper market here on Friday.

Traders said that a number of customers visited the market to place their orders from outside the city, as it was a holiday in the small cities and towns of Punjab.

However, the customers, due to recent increase in paper prices were not placing their purchase orders in bulk, but making transactions on short-term basis. As a result, they registered above-average sales.
