LAHORE: The Chief Justice of Lahore High Court adjourned the proceedings in a petition filed against deposed prime minister Nawaz Sharif, as petitioner's counsel objected over one of the members of the bench.

The Chief Justice observed that the petition will not be heard after re-constituting the bench.

It may be mentioned that the petitioner has filed the petition for disqualification of PML President Mian Mohammad Nawaz Sharif.

Petitioner had challenged the decision of an election tribunal dismissing his petition against Nawaz Sharif.
