Five killed in different incidents

FAISALABAD: Five persons including a young girl were killed in different incidents here on Sunday.

In the first incident occurred in Chak No.101 GB Faisalabad, a young girl, Fauzia, was killed with an accidental fire when her close relative boy, Burhan, was cleaning the loaded pistol of Zahid Farooq. The ill-fated young girl was sitting in the lawn of her house when the bullet hit her fatally.

In another incidence, a scrap dealer, Siddique Haider of Mohallah Razaabad, was found dead in mysterious circumstances in his godown on Saturday night. The deceased had some strained relations with his wife and other members of the family and was dwelling in the godown for the last several days.

The police have declared it as an incidental death.

In the third road accident case, one Mohammad Aslam a motorcyclist was crushed to death by a speeding Bus No.7580 near Pul Dingro in Nishatabad Police Station area on Sunday morning. His companion, Arshad Ali, was also critically injured in the accident.

In the fourth road accident, a teenage girl, Saba, was crushed to death under an oil tanker near Khurrian Wala, on Sheikhupura-Faisalabad Road on Sunday in an attempt to cross the road.

One Mohammad Saleem of Chak No.84 GB Illaqa Thikriwala Police Station was stabbed to death by the unidentified assassins in a nearby railway godown on Saturday night. Illfated Mohammad Saleem was abducted by the unknown persons who brought him to railway godown and stabbed him to death. No clue of the assassins has been traced so far.
