Attock Refinery oeclares 5pc dividend

ISLAMABAD: The Attock Refinery Company Limited of Morgah, the oldest oil refinery based on discoveries in the Dakhni plateau, has declared a dividend of five percent for the year ending June 30,2000.

An official announcement said the company will pay to shareholders 50 paisa for each share of Rs 10 held by them on March 16 of this year.

It was said that this was interim dividend and that the share transfer books of the Company were ordered closed from March 17 to 24 for "entitlement of this dividend."

The dividend was approved by the board of directors in a meeting held on Thursday.
