Gram varieties, super basmati undergo changes on seed, grain markets

KARACHI: Some changes were reported on the seed and grain markets on Tuesday.
On the whole rice sector, super basmati new dropped Rs 50 to Rs 2,150 and better type lost Rs 25 to Rs 2,225.
Australian gram was down by Rs 25 to Rs 1875 and five type was quoted down at Rs 1910. Dal yellow peas rose by Rs 75 to Rs 1,375 but better was down Rs 25 to Rs 1,400. Gram dal Punjab shed Rs 75 to Rs 2,200 and better type shed same amount to Rs 2,250.
