Gur, khandsari depict sharp rise on seed, grain markets

KARACHI: Sugar sector was mixed as sporadic changes were marked in other sectors on Monday.

Sugar dpicted weakness as inferior type lost Rs 10 to Rs 1925 and better type lost same amount to Rs 1945. Gur inferior was sharply up by Rs 100 to Rs 1500 and better type was unchanged at Rs 1900. Khandsari rose sharply by Rs 200 to Rs 1800 and better type was up by Rs 50 to Rs 2100.

Gram imported rose by Rs 15 to Rs 1875 and better type was up by Rs 10 to Rs 1920. Beetle I dropped Rs 15 to Rs 2110 and better type lost Rs 25 to Rs 2150.

Masoor Canada and Australia rose by Rs 50 to Rs 2300 and better type gained same amount to Rs 2350. Tuvar Punjab gained sharply Rs 100 to Rs 2350.

Til Sindh new was down Rs 25 to Rs 1200.
