CJ orders judicial officers to declare assets

LAHORE: The Chief Justice of the Lahore High Court (LHC) has directed all the judicial officers to submit statements of their present assets and ones they had at the time of joining service, within three weeks.

Chief Justice Mian Allah Nawaz directed them to furnish the statements of assets of their in-laws and dependents also.

The Chief Justice also directed the judicial officers of the subordinate courts to submit the details of their assets to their respective additional district and session judges, who will forward the same to the Justice Iftikhar Ahmad Cheema of the LHC.
