Cyprian attends church service

LAHORE: Minorities, Culture and Tourism Minister Derek Cyprian attended a church service at FGA Church here on Sunday.

Speaking on the occasion, Cyprian said that the government was working on a number of projects in order to give economic empowerment to the minority communities and poorer sections of the country.

He said the scheme of micro-credit bank and women development programme were the steps in this direction.

Pastor Ileskiel Sarosh said that the Christian community felt extremely happy over the present government decision to appoint Cyprian as minister for minorities. He thanked the chief executive for the confidence he bestowed on Christian community and said that the community would never betray his trust. APP
