Charges against serial killer to be framed on 22nd

LAHORE: The Additional District and Sessions Judge, Lahore, Mian Salah-ud-Din, adjourned the proceedings in a case against serial killer Javed Iqbal Mughal for framing charges against him on February 22.

The accused was involved in abduction of two brothers from Data Darbar and committing unnatural offence with them.

The Lower Mall police had registered a criminal case against him in 1998 and till now did not produce him before the court.

On Saturday the police produced him before the additional district and sessions judge in strict security who adjourned the proceedings for framing charges against him.
