LAHORE: A recovery team headed by Circle Registrar Cooperatives Lahore has arrested 23 defaulters and put them behind the bars. They owed a total amount of Rs. 5 million to Punjab Cooperative Bank and Punjab Cooperatives Board for Liquidation.

The action was taken following the directives of Registrar Cooperatives Ijaz Chaudhry, said a spokesman of Punjab Cooperative Bank on Tuesday. He said that drive against defaulters was continuing all over the province.
