LCCI greets APNS office-bearers

LAHORE: The acting President of the Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI), Sheikh Mohammad Asif, has congratulated Mir Shakil-ur-Rahman of "Jang" and Arshad A. Zuberi of "Business Recorder" on their re-election as President and Secretary General of All Pakistan Newspapers Society (APNS), respectively.

He also felicitated other newly-elected office-bearers of the APNS.

Appreciating the services rendered by the Society, he hoped that the APNS office-bearers would continue to play their effective role in the larger national interests.

The chairman, media committee, Pakistan Sugar Mills Association (PSMA), Mohammad Zaka Ashraf, has also felicitated Mir Shakil-ur-Rehman and Arshad A Zuberi.

In a press statement here on Saturday, he hoped that the newly elected office-bearers would work for the betterment of Pakistan, beside bringing about revolutionary changes in the media world.
