INVITATION TO BID - SUPPLY OF PETROLEUM PRODUCTS

Bids are invited for the supply of one HSFO(180 CST) cargo of 60,000 tonnes of FOTCO each during may and June, 2000 on C&F basis. All the terms and conditions shall be the same as set out in the Bid Documents for the tender opened on 8th April 2000.

2. Sealed bids must be deposited in the bid box kept in the office of the Financial Advisor (P&NR), for this purpose in room No.224, 2nd floor, Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Resources, Block "A", Pak-Secretariat, Islamabad by 11:00 a.m. on 2nd May, 2000. The offers will be opened at 11:30 a.m. in the Committee Room of Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Resources, Block "A", Pak-Secretariat the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives who may like to be present.

3. Bids should be marked "Bids for supply of Petroleum Products for May-June 2000".

4. Bids should remain open for acceptance till close of business on 05-05-2000 (PST).

5. Bids should conform to the requirements of the bid documents. The Department of Petroleum and Energy Resources reserves the right at its sole direction to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason and without any liability whatsoever.
