Lollywood star summoned for violating Wildlife Act

LAHORE: Saima, the top star of Lollywood, has been summoned by local Magistrate, Javed Zaman Khan in a case against her on violation of Wildlife Act, on April 24.

Earlier, a summon was issued for April 17, but she failed to appear before the court. The magistrate while issuing fresh summon on Monday warned that non- bailable arrest warrants would be issued, if she did not appear on next date of hearing.

The honorary game warden of Lahore, Mian Saeed had challaned Saima for keeping a parrot with red shoulder, whose possession was banned under the Wildlife Act.
