NOTIFICATION

(Income Tax)

 

 

S.R.O. 212(I)/2005.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (I) of section 209 of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001, (XLIX of 2001), the Central Board of Revenue is pleased to authorize the Commissioner of Income Tax to grant approvals of benevolent fund or group insurance scheme for the purposes of  entry at serial (iii) os sub-clause (3) of clause (57) of Part I of the Second Schedule to Said Ordinance.
