S.R.O. 683(I)/2004.- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (i) of sub-section (2A) of section 74 of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001 (XLIX of 2001), the Central Board of Revenue is pleased to rescind its Notification No.S.R.O.943(I)/79 dated the 17^th October, 1979, with immediate effect.
