NOTIFICATION
(income
tax)
S.R.O.
380 (I)/2003 - In exercise of the powers conferred by section 240 of Income Tax
Ordinance, 2001 (XLIX of 2001), the federal Goverment is pleased to direct that
making payment of advance tax for the year begining on the first day of july,
2002 the said Ordinance shall have effect as if ,--
In section 147 , in sub-section (4) , after the formula,--
(a) against component B, after the word "year" the words, comma and figure "or the latest assessment year under repealed Income Tax Ordinance, 1979" were added ; and
(b) against component C, after the word "year" the words, comma and figure "or
the latest assessment year under the replealed Income Tax Ordinance, 1979" were
added.
