NOTIFICATION

 

                        S.R.O. 855(I)/2003.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 53 of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001 (XLIX of 2001), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that in the Second Schedule to the said Ordinance, the following further amendment shall be made and shall be deemed to have been so made on the Ist day of July, 2003, namely:-

 

                        In the aforesaid Schedule, in Part IV, after clause (46), the following new clause shall be inserted, namely:-

“(46A)     The provisions of sub-section (1) of section 153 shall not apply to the payments received by M/s. TOTAL PARCO Pakistan Limited (TPPL) for the supply of petroleum products.”.
