S.R.O.608 (I)/2003.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 240 of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001 (XLIX of 2001), the Federal Government is pleased to rescind, with effect from 1st July, 2003, Notifications No.SRO.586(I)/2002 dated August 28, 2002, SRO.633(I)/2002 dated September 14, 2002 and SRO.380(I)/2003 dated May 3, 2003.
