NOTIFICATION
(Income Tax)
S.R.O. No.379(I)/2002.-
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 14 of the Income Tax
Ordinance, 1979 (XXXI of 1979), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the
following further amendment shall be made in Notification No. S.R.O.586(I)/91, dated 30th
June, 1991, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in entry (v), after the comma and words “including
fresh milk,”, the words “live chicken birds and eggs by any person engaged in
poultry farming and by an industrial undertaking engaged in poultry processing” shall
be inserted.
