NOTIFICATION
Islamabad, the 12th July, 2001
S.R.O. 522 (I)/2001.—In exercise
of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Employment of Children Act, 1991 (V of 1991),
the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following amendment shall be made in
the Part Ii of the Schedule to the said Act, namely:-
In the aforesaid Schedule, in Part II, under heading "Processes", after entry
(1), the following new entries shall be added, namely:-
"(15) Brick kilns
(16) Sanitary work.
(17) Handling of hazardous chemicals and toxic materials while working on farms.
(18) Foundry.
(19) Glass bangle industry."
