Islamabad, the 21st June, 2001

S.R.O. 467(I)/2001.-- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 84 of the Trade Marks Act 1940 (V of 1940), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following amendments shall be made in the revised Trade Mark Rules 1963, the same having been previously published, as required by sub-section (1) of that section, namely the first schedule as following which will come into effect after expiry of 30th day of date of issue of this notification:--
