287-HQE/2000, dated 17th November, 2000 and in continuation of this Division’s
Notification of even number, dated the 11th May, 2001. Mr. Sultan Ahmed, Private Secretary
rendered surplus from the Indirect Taxes Settlement Commission (defunct), Islamabad
Bench-II of the Customs, Excise and Sales Tax Appellate Tribunal with effect from 1st
July, 2001.
