III.-- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 194 of the Customs Act,
1969 (No. IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to appoint Mr. Abdul Rashid
Sheikh, District and Sessions Judge as Judicial Member (B-21) in Customs, Excise and Sales
Tax Appellate Tribunal, Karachi Bench-II, on deputation basis till 14th December, 2002
with effect from the date he assumes charge as such or until further orders whichever is
earlier.
