exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10 of the Sinned Finance Act, 1994, the
Government of Sindh are pleased to make the following amendments in the Sinned Development
and Maintenance of Infrastructure Fee Rules, 1994,
AMENDMENT
1. Through out the Rules for the word "fee", the word "cess" shall be
substituted.
2. In Rule 3, in sub-rule (1), for the words "The fee for the services in respect of
development and maintenance of infrastructure", the words the cess for special
maintenance and development of infrastructure shall be substituted.
