CAPITAL VALUE TAX
S.R.O. 474(I)/2001.-- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (10) of section 7 of the Finance Act, 1989 (V of 1989), the Federal Government is pleased to exempt Pakistan Olympic Association from the payment of capital value tax on one Mercedez Benz 15 Seater Coach, bearing engine No. 66291110109982 and chassis No. KPD 6612271P115534, gifted by International Olympic Committee and Diamler Benz.
