No. F. 9 (3)/99-AIII.-- In exercise of
the powers conferred by section 31 (2) of the Drugs Act, 1976 (No. XXXI of 1976), the
Federal Government is pleased to appoint Mr. Pervaiz Ali Chawla, Chairman, Drug Court,
Gujranwala (Head-quarter at Lahore) as Chairman, Drug Court, Lahore in addition to his own
duties till the appointment of a regular Chairman or further orders, whichever is earlier.

No. F. 9 (2)/95-A. III.-- In exercise of the powers conferred by
sub-section (2) of section 31 of the Drugs Act, 1976 (No. XXXI of 1976), the Federal
Government is pleased to appoint Mr. Muhammad Arif, (District and Sessions Judge (BPS-20),
presently working as Special Judge (Central) Multan as Chairman, Drug Court, Multan in
addition to his own duties, till the appointment of a regular incumbent or till further
order, whichever is earlier.
