NOTIFICATION
Islamabad, the 7th August, 2000

S.R.O. 545(I)/2000.-- In exercise of the power conferred by sub-section (1) of section 23B of the Foreign Exchange Regulation Act, 1947 (VII of 1947), the Federal Government is pleased to authorize Mr. Rafiq Ahmad, an Officer of the State Bank of Pakistan to act as Joint Director of Adjudication under the said Act in relation to the areas of Gujranwala Division including, Sialkot District in the Province of Punjab with effect from 31st July, 2000 (A.N).

S.R.O. 152(I)/2000, dated the 24th March, 2000 is hereby cancelled with effect from 1st August, 2000.
