ORDER
S.R.O.
(I)/2002.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (I) of section
3 of the Imports and Exports (Control) Act, 1950 (XXXIX of 1950), the Federal
Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall
be made in the Import Trade and Procedures Order, 2000, namely:-
In the
aforesaid Order, in Appendix-b, in section-II against S.No.5A in column
(1), in column (4), in the existing entry----
(a) for
the colon, at the end, a full stop shall be substituted; and
(b) the proviso shall be omitted.
