ORDER
Islamabad, the 21st August, 2002

538 (1)/2002.--- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1)
of section 3 of the Imports and Exports (Control) Act, 1950 (XXXIX of 1950),
the Federal Government is pleased that the following further amendment shall
be made in the Textile Quota Management Policy Order, 2001, namely:-
In the aforesaid Order, in paragraph 7, for sub-paragraph (2) the following
shall be substituted, namely:-
"(2) The quantities obtained through reward, flexibilities (exceptional
flexibilities and carry-over quota), first-come-first-served facility, and one-time
usage, and such other locations as determined by Export Promotion Bureau in
terms of this order shall not be transferable except the textile quota quantities
obtained through auction in the year 2001 which shall be transferable up to
the 31st December, 2001."
