S.R.O. 48 (I)/2001.-- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Imports and Exports (Control) Act 1950 (XXXIX of 1950), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in the Import Trade and Procedure Order, 2000, namely:--

In the aforesaid Order, in Appendix ‘C’, in column 1, against Sl No. 13, after the brackets, word and figure "(Chapter 90)", the words, brackets and figures "excluding second-hand mini laboratory equipment for automatically developing film and paper (PCT Heading No. 9010.1090)" shall be added.
